Where can I find information on your pricing?
Under any product page, select a material, then size and pricing
will be displayed in US currency. You may also click on the Part #, once a material has been chosen, to see the product specifications as well as the pricing.
What is the minimum quantity I have to order?
The minimum quantity depends on the size of the safety label or sign you choose.
Under any label or sign product page, once a material has been selected,
the quantity found above the Price is the minimum quantity
that will need to be ordered. If you enter a number lower than the minimum order
quantity and click "Add to Cart", you will receive a notification on what the minimum
order quantity should be.
What turnaround time should I expect/When can I expect my ordered safety labels
and/or signs?
In-stock items ship same day when orders are placed before 2pm EST. Out-of-stock
items generally ship within 5 business days.
Where can I get information on your material specs?
Clarion standard signs, labels and markings are composed of premium materials.
Does your printed/online catalog represent your complete safety label and sign
availability?
Our printed catalog has a selection of our most popular safety labels, and our online catalog shows an even larger selection of the more widely
used safety labels and signs we sell. If you do not see what you require, try using
search in the upper right hand corner. If you still don't see a safety label or sign
that meets your needs, you can have a custom safety label or sign designed to meet
your needs by calling Custom Design toll free at 877-748-0244 or 570-296-5686 for
international callers.
Can I order online?
Absolutely. Add the labels or signs you wish to order into your shopping cart and
then checkout to make a purchase.
Do you charge sales tax?
We are required to collect sales tax on all orders shipped within the state of Pennsylvania.
Tax-exempt entities must provide us with a copy of their tax-exemption certificate.
Where is Clarion located?
Our headquarters is a green-friendly, Frank Lloyd Wright inspired building and our
nearby production facility are in Milford, PA (roughly where Pennsylvania, New Jersey

How do I reach a live person?
We have no automated telephone answering system where you press button after button.
In fact, we tried it and abandoned it, because we actually like to talk to our customers.
Call between 8 a.m. and 5:30 p.m. Eastern M-F, and you’ll get a real person. You
can e-mail or fax us at any time.
