1. NEVER attempt to lift or move this machine unless you are a trained and certified machine mover. This machine is heavy and must be moved only by a trained machine mover. 2. Pinch points - crush hazard - Do not enter the moving area of the machine. 3. NEVER touch cutting tools, spindle, chuck, or workpieces while they are rotating. 4. Ensure power is off, and use extreme care when entering the enclosure area. Coolant and way lubrication may cause you to slip resulting in serious injury. 5. Grasp tools and workpieces firmly when removing them from the spindle manually. 6. Always use proper lifting procedures when lifting heavy parts. 7. Remove rings, jewelry, and watches. Do not wear loose clothing, and keep hair away from moving parts. 8. Never touch the cutting edges of any tools or waste chips with your hands. 9. Ensure there are no people or obstacles near the moving parts of the machine before starting operation. 10. Never operate the machine unless all protective covers and interlocks are in place and functioning properly. 11. The machine starts and moves automatically. Never touch or stand near rotating or moving parts. 12. Always select the proper cutting conditions for the job. Avoid excessive feedrates and spindle speeds. 13. Always let the machine and spindle come to a complete stop before touching parts, tools, or spindle. 14. Safety windows may become brittle and lose effectiveness when exposed to machine coolants and oils over time. If signs of discoloration, crazing, or cracking are found, replace immediately. Safety windows should be replaced every two years. Do not remove or destroy this label or any other labels Do not alter or modify machine in any way. Do not operate this machine with worn or damaged components. No user serviceable parts inside. Machine must be repaired or serviced by authorized service technicians only.

Failure to observe the following rules can cause serious injury or death. • Know the inspection, operation, and maintenance procedures in the lift truck manual. • Know and understand the warnings in the lift truck manual. • Inspect the lift truck prior to operation. If the lift truck is damaged, Tag the lift truck and remove the key. Do NOT operate the lift truck until it is repaired. • Only trained, authorized personnel should attempt repair on a broken or damaged lift truck. • Make sure the lift truck has all required guards. • Be aware of your surroundings. Watch clearances front, back, both sides and especially overhead. • Watch for people walking or standing around where you are operating the lift truck. • Sound the horn at all intersections and where your line of sight is obstructed. • Travel with the load as low as possible. • The lift truck can tip over if not operated properly. SLOW DOWN while turning. Do NOT turn on slopes. Travel slowly. • If the load obstructs the view, drive in reverse, except up slopes. • Do NOT move unstable loads. • Utilize the forks and/or attachments correctly. • Do NOT lift or transport personnel on any part of the lift truck. • Allow no one around or under the lift mechanism or load. • Only operate the lift truck from the designated operator's position. • Operate the lift truck in a smooth manner. Avoid sudden starts and stops. • Operate the lift mechanism smoothly to avoid damaging or dropping the load.

This HD Series Dolly is intended for a wide range of uses. To insure proper use, the following instructions must be adhered to: Use supplied strap and wheel cocks during tilt back of load. NEVER put your foot between 2 center wheels. Use the bottom arch of your foot on top of the tires. Make sure load is centered and secured before tilting back or moving. The dolly should be pushed in front of you while going forward or downhill and pulled walking backward if going uphill. Inspect path before attempting to carry loads to prevent tripping, slipping or accidental flip over. NEVER use in poorly lit or visible areas. HD4 - 2000 lbs HD2 - 1000 lbs Do NOT exceed these load capacities for flat surface operation: Do NOT operate on steep inclines, steps or ramps. Do NOT stand, sit or climb on dolly, or use to move personnel. This dolly is NOT equipped with a braking or crush prevention device. Do NOT operate when tired or under the influence of alcohol, drugs or medication. Since this is a manually operated dolly, it is NOT to be used by operators that are not physically capable of safely handling the dolly with a load. Do NOT operate if damaged or faulty. Do NOT operate this dolly until you have checked its condition and have fully read the safety manual supplied at time of purchase.

Do NOT use this mixer on or near flammable or combustible materials. Fire or explosion could result. Do NOT use or install the mixer in a hazardous area. Do NOT mix flammable or combustible materials in this mixer. Read the label or Material Safety Data Sheet (MSDS) for the hazards listing. Do NOT use flammable solvents. Clean the mixer with mild cleaning solution. This is an electrically powered device. Improper use can cause electrical shock. Plug unit into a properly grounded outlet. Unplug the power cord before servicing fuses or electrical components. Refer to serial plate for voltage and fuse protection requirements. If connected to a circuit protected by fuses, use time delay fuses marked D with this product. This mixer contains moving parts. Before starting the mixer: Tightly seal the container. Close the door. Loads that are too heavy can cause personal injury and damage to the mixer. Do NOT exceed maximum capacity of 80 pounds. Do NOT overload the mixer. Mix no more than four one-gallon containers or one five-gallon container at one time. Do NOT shake cans of different heights at the same time. To reduce the risk of electrical shock or injury, use indoors only. The Operator's Manual contains complete instructions for installation, use and repair. 1. Read and understand operator's manual before operating thisequipment.2. Shut off machine and Lock out power.3. Do not begin screen changing system operation while the separator is in motion. 4. Watching for Pinch Points, press foot pedal and tilt legs inward until the lift head fully engages the lift brackets. Insure the leg is locked into a vertical position by the foot pedal. 5. Insure snap locks on the lifting head are fully engaged and locked to the lifting bracket before releasing the clamp band.6. Remove only the one clamp band where the screen is to be removed. All other clamp bands are to be fully torqued to 32 ft.-lbs.7. Raise the frames using the SWECO Lift System as directed in the manual.8. Remove and replace the screen.9. Lower the frames using the SWECO Lift System as directed in the manual.10. Install the clamp band and re-torque11. If another screen is to be removed at this time, repeat steps 4 through 11.If the machine is to be restarted continue from step 12. 12. Position the lift head so that it is not supporting the machine weight.13. Retract the snap lock pins and depress the foot pedal to allow the lifting leg to tilt away from the machine. Release the foot pedal and insure that the lifting legs are tilted and locked away from themachine.14. Walk around the machine to insure that the lift systems and all objects are clear of the machines prior to starting the separator. to 32 ft.-lbs.
