Attention to the H1N1 virus continues to increase. OSHA has issued what it called "commonsense fact sheets" that employers and workers can use to promote safety during the H1N1 influenza outbreak.
See the news release here, and the fact sheets here. There's also the ubiquitous flu.gov, which is pretty comprehensive. But things are far from unanimous on the safety and health front. The Pump Handle blog reports on disagreement, and a letter the American Public Health Association has written to the president regarding respirator use in health care facilities to protect workers. Three other leading health organizations had called for surgical masks to be allowed.
