A Tragic Incident for The Milner Family
Tragic accidents happen way too often, in the blink of an eye and in plain sight of people all over the world. In one tragic incident that occurred for the Milner Family, their son Whitner died in the family pool from shallow water blackout. Experts believe that shallow water blackout is the number one cause of drowning death for healthy swimmers. Rhonda Milner, MD, is working with pool expert Tom Griffiths and Clarion Safety to bring awareness to the danger.
