This HD Series Dolly is intended for a wide range of uses. To insure proper use, the following instructions must be adhered to: 1. Do NOT operate this dolly until you have checked its condition and have fully read the safety manual supplied at time of purchase. 2. Do NOT operate if damaged or faulty. 3. Since this is a manually operated dolly, it is NOT to be used by operators that are not physically capable of safely handling the doll with a load. 4. Do NOT operate when tired or under the influence of alcohol, drugs or medication. 5. This dolly is NOT equipped with a braking or crush prevention device. 6. Do NOT stand, sit or climb on dolly, or use to move personnel. 7. Do NOT operate on steep inclines, steps or ramps. 8. Do NOT exceed these load capacities for flat surface operation: HD4 2000 lbs HD2 1000 lbs 9. Inspect path before attempting to carry loads to prevent tripping, slipping or accidental flip over. NEVER use in poorly lit or visible areas. 8. Do NOT exceed these load capacities for flat surface operation: HD2 - 1000 lbs HD3 - 1200 lbs HD4 - 2000 lbs 9. The dolly should be pushed in front of you while going forward or downhill and pulled walking backward if going uphill. 11. Make sure load is centered and secured before tilting back or moving. 12. Use supplied strap and wheel chocks during tilt back of load. NEVER put your foot between 2 center wheels. Use the bottom arch of your foot on top of the tires.
