Create a Custom Label, Sign or Tag in Three Simple Steps
Safety is hardly ever a one-size-fits-all solution. That is definitely true for safety, warnings and instructional messages. Creating safety labels for your products and safety labels, signs and tags for your workplace often involves customization – creating personalized or specific messaging for the situation or hazard at hand.

Easy Orders – And Reorders
Here at Clarion, we want to make sure that you can create the custom products you need – easily and quickly. That’s why we’ve launched our new Custom Product Designer. This online tool allows you to choose from an assortment of best practice ANSI/OSHA and ISO designs (along with our most popular sizes and materials) to create your label, sign or tag in three simple steps. Once you’ve checked out online and placed your order, any reorders that you may need are simple: just log-in to your online account to view previously ordered items or reference your part number to our customer service team.

How To Make Your Custom Product
Designing your custom product really is as simple as 1-2-3.

As an example, let’s walk through the steps you would take to customize your safety label:

  1. Choose your symbol: select a hazard, prohibition, mandatory action or ANSI-style symbol from our library of ISO and standardized symbols.
  2. Choose your word message: enter up to three lines of text to include on your label.
  3. Choose your size and material: select from our top-selling size and material options.

MachinerySafety101.com Review
Doug Nix, Managing Director at Compliance InSight Consulting, Inc., and author of the Machinery Safety 101 blog recently reviewed our Custom Product Designer tool. Here are a few of the highlights from his review:

  • “There are many sources for off-the-shelf labels but until now, none have offered a way for product manufacturers to develop standards-compliant hazard warning signs and labels themselves… Clarion Safety Systems is the first name I mention to my clients because Clarion’s designs and standards compliance are unmatched in the industry.”
  • “Overall, I really like this new tool, and I think you will too when you try it. While some of the other competitors have design software that can be purchased and used with their printers, no one else produces a 100% standards compliant product at the end.”
